okd-images jobs fails when looking up metalb-frr image:

metalb-frr is a new image included in the payload since 4.17. Apparently in 4.17 it didn't fail but now on 4.18 it fails. It seems to be a problem when mirroring okd images, that stopped happening some time ago but we don't know what is the replacement.
