      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-36687. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Context:

      INSIGHTOCP-1673 qualifies for an external nomination with potential impact on some (big?) customers.

      In order to proceed with the nomination we need to start gathering haproxy_exporter_server_threshold prometheus metric currently unavailable  

       

      Required Data:

      • haproxy_exporter_server_threshold with the following labels
        • type="current"
        • type="limit"
