Description of problem:
Kubernetes is changing the default value of the node-monitor-grace-period option on the Kubernetes controller manager via https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/126287. Unfortunately, the change won't merge until version 1.32. Given this, it is recommended the OpenShift's configuration of the Kubernetes controller manager should set node-monitor-grace-period to match the new default value until such time that OpenShift picks up the Kubernetes default change.
