The Hosted Control Planes docs, https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/hosted_control_planes/hcp-troubleshooting.html#hosted-control-planes-troubleshooting_hcp-troubleshooting, mention troubleshooting with the hypershift dump cli command. However, the hcp cli should be used in customer documentation.

Also, the hcp cli doesn't contain a dump command. The hypershift artifacts usually generated by the hypershift dump command should be generated using the mce dump command.
