The instructions should be for RHEL 9 and for RHEL 8. Or for RHEL 9.
The current set of instructions for RHEL 8 feels a bit outdated. Also, the conversion between RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 is actually not that straight forward - I ran into issues with ansible playbooks which I could not fix (hence yet another reason to document it for both OS versions)
