In tutorial: https://developers.redhat.com/learning/learn:openshift:install-and-configure-red-hat-developer-hub-and-explore-templating-basics/resource/resources:configure-github-access-red-hat-developer-hub > Set up simple GitHub authentication, step 6; https://github.com/settings/apps/new directs to the unwanted GitHub App, while https://github.com/settings/applications/new should be used for an OAuth app.
