Invalid configuration for device 0 error with openshift-installer for vsphere

      If a vSphere vCenter cluster contains ESXi hosts that does not have a standard port group defined on each if the installer choices that host to import the OVA on to the import will fail with 'Invalid Configuration for device '0''. This is resolved by checking if the ESXi host has the selected port group, if not it will continue until a ESXi host has the appropriate standard port group or fail with an appropriate message.

          openshift-install create cluster leads to error:
ERROR failed to fetch Cluster: failed to generate asset "Cluster": failed to create cluster: failed during pre-provisioning: unable to initialize folders and templates: failed to import ova: failed to lease wait: Invalid configuration for device '0'.

4. Have a standard port group
