Description of problem:
When creating a VM in the UI, the name of the VM is regenerated between two screens.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in the UI, navigate to Virtualization -> Catalog and create a VM such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0 VM 2. Change the VirtualMachine name at the bottom of the screen. 3. Select Customize VirtualMachine 4. The name on the following screen will be different than the one generated or set on the first screen.
