During testing with the feature in managed Azure offer (ARO Azure RedHat OpenShift), it was identified that the feature it is incompatible with the platform putting into irrecoverable state.

It is needed a red banner advertising that the feature is incompatible with ARO and can put the cluster into irrecoverable state.

The banner is needed on all 2 places:
