Description of problem:

 The RHEL documentation has been reorganized and it looks like all IBM Z related information has been removed.

in the IBM Z LPAR installation https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/installing/installing_ibm_z/installing-ibm-z-lpar.html#installation-user-infra-machines-iso-ibm-z_installing-ibm-z-lpar

now land on the main RHEL page

This link and probably others need to be changed to link to a meaningful place in the docs.
