      Description of problem:

          If a deployment is created using BuildConfig and on edit of that, build option is selected as Shipwright and on Save error is coming

          4.16

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install Shipwright
    2. Create a deployment using BuildConfig as build option
    3. Edit it and see build option dropdown
    4. Click on Save

      Actual results:

          Build option is set as Shipwright

      Expected results:

          Build option should be BuildConfig
