Running the openshift installers downloaded from https://console.redhat.com/openshift/install/azure/arm/installer-provisioned or https://console.redhat.com/openshift/install/azure/multi/installer-provisioned on a Mac running Sonoma 14.5 fails, apparently due to a bad signature.

The message for arm installers is:

“openshift-install” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

The message for x86 installers is:

“openshift-install” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified.
