I have a dynamic console plugin that adds support for GitOps, Rollouts and External Secrets to the OpenShift console. This plugin worked successfully in 4.15 but fails in 4.16. Basically when first accessing the cluster after it is booted I can see the plugin menu items however after doing a refresh or visiting a different site and coming back the plugin is no longer loaded.

There are no errors shown in either the Developer Tools in the browser or in the console itself.

     2. Visit console page, see plugin is loaded
    3.Refresh browser, plugin disappears
