Description of problem:

should be the same root cause as OCPBUGS-37500, 4.17.0-0.nightly-2024-07-20-191204, go to "Observe -> Metrics", search metrics, example Alerts in the query browser input text-area, click kebab menu, select "Hide all series" button, the series should be hidden, and "No datapoints found." shows in the graph, but it's not, the series are not hidden and still see value in the graph

NOTE: "S is not a function" error in the admin console graph, bug is OCPBUGS-37291
