Description of problem:
When create/edit deploymentconfig from web console, there is always "Admission Webhook Warning" info showing on the upper right of the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to deploymentconfig list page, create a dc in project.
2.Edit the dc, eg, add label/env and so on.

Actual results:
1.After click "Create" button, a warning shows:

DeploymentConfig dctest violates policy 299 - "apps.openshift.io/v1 DeploymentConfig is deprecated in v4.14+, unavailable in v4.10000+"
2. After click "Save" button, a warning shows:
