Description of problem:
OCP document should be updated with impersonation from web console.https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/authentication/impersonating-system-admin.htmlThis doesn’t have a section for web console steps or the guide to check quick start which has been added to OCP console under https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CONSOLE-3910
