BMH hosts are stuck in provisioning state, and no errors are seen in the journalctl logs on the host or assisted-service pod logs on the ACM hub

    1. ironic-agent service does not show any error logs
    2. We also tried disabling the converged flow, but the host does not get powered on. The iso does not even get mounted on the host
