[IBI] Re-running `openshift-install image-based create image-config-template --dir installation-dir` fails with an expected error.

      Simply re-running the openshift-install image-based create image-config-template --dir installation-dir fails with an unexpected error:

      openshift-install image-based create image-config-template --dir installation-dir

openshift-install image-based create image-config-template --dir installation-dir
FATAL failed to fetch Image-based Installation ISO Config: failed to load asset "Image-based Installation ISO Config": invalid Image-based Installation ISO Config: pullSecret: Invalid value: "<your-pull-secret>": invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value

      As a workaround you can just delete the installation-dir/image-based-installation-config.yaml file
