[release-4.16] 'View all steps in documentation' link should be hidden for ROSA and OSD

    • Previously, the Cluster overview page included a 'View all steps in documentation' link that resulted in a 404 error for ROSA and OSD clusters. With this update, the link does not appear for ROSA and OSD clusters.

      Description of problem:

      The 'Getting started resources' card on the Cluster overview includes a link to 'View all steps in documentation', but this link is not valid for ROSA and OSD so it should be hidden.
