Description of problem:

not sure if it will be fixed after https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/14014 merged to code, tested with the PR, there is only one Alerts tab, see picture: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cW3PKh4Y5aj9nIm2C8J7hFe8aiBjAqGR/view?usp=drive_link
