Description of problem:
During build of coredns using ocp-dnsnameresolver, the script hack/build-coredns.sh always uses the master branch of the cloned git repo (for both upstream and downstream coredns). This may create a problem during build when the cloned repo uses a version of golang higher than the supported version by the go.mod file or the build_root_image of .ci_operator.yaml.
