Since the "[OVN] Add baremetal support with Neutron DHCP agent" commit which includes at the python-networking-ovn-7.3.1-1.20220525113339.4e24f4c.el8ost build, it is required to add the following options to the OSP controller templates when deploying OpenShift bare-metal workers on OpenStack cloud provider: [0]

1) OVNMetadataAgent

2) OVNCMSOptions: "enable-chassis-as-gw"
