      Description of problem:

Serveless operator fails to install, only clue is "unknown failure" state.
We have tried many times. This is over one year old cluster updated from 4.12.7.
Here is some history and tries in slack: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/CGJAM135J/p1720420971246939

We have tried many times to remove the serverless-operator, and install it back. Also tried removing the project for openshift-serverless. Also followed the guidance to remove knative stuff https://docs.openshift.com/serverless/1.33/removing/removing-openshift-serverless.html.

There is nothing found in system saying why it fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

1.33 of serverless operator, 4.15.18 OCP

      How reproducible:

We can't make install succeed, we have tried many times.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install serverless operator from market place, and wait.
          2. It shows up in installed operators, installed/upgrade is both 0 and only error is the mentioned "unkown failure"
          3.

      Actual results:

      unknown failure

      Expected results:

      serverless to be installed

      Additional info:

This is our lab cluster, we can pretty freely do stuff on it if instructed. We can also take remote session. I'll updload the must gather.
