Description of problem:
The "Troubleshooting the web terminal" section should provide example NetworkPolicies for the default setup.

How reproducible:
If multitenant isolation is enabled by following this doc [1], web terminals will not open, unless the user follows the troubleshooting guide. To make the doc easier to follow, there could be example NetworkPolicies in the troubleshooting doc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/networking/network_policy/multitenant-network-policy.html
2. Install the web terminal operator
3. As a regular user, try to start a web terminal.
Actual results:
The web terminal shouldn't start because of missing network policies
