When viewing workloads Metrics page, 'Network in' and 'Network out' returns No datapoints found

1. Check the pod metrics for example: check the pod metrics under 'opnshift-dns' namespaces /k8s/ns/openshift-dns/pods/dns-default-fbd9q/metrics 2. 3.
Actual results:
