Network in and Network out metrics data return No datapoints found

      Description of problem:

          When viewing workloads Metrics page, 'Network in' and 'Network out' returns No datapoints found

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.17.0-0.nightly-2024-07-01-221530

      How reproducible:

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Check the pod metrics
             for example: check the pod metrics under 'opnshift-dns' namespaces
             /k8s/ns/openshift-dns/pods/dns-default-fbd9q/metrics

      Actual results:

          on Metrics page, `Network in` and `Network out` charts are empty, `No datapoints found` returned
