level=warning msg=Failed to extract host addresses: open ocp/ostest/.masters.json: no such file or directory

After some investigation we found that below workaround fixed the issue:
firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=5000/tcp
firewall-cmd --reload

it start to happen after transition to rock 9 servers on Packet, but we suspect also the move to higher Ansible version:
