      Description of problem:

          A multiarch CI informing job failed when detecting a leftover resource that should have been cleaned up.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      How reproducible:

          Any time that same Power CI lease is used.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Execute periodic job using that lease on Power.

      Actual results:

          Periodic job doesn't remove the obsolete resource and fails.

      Expected results:

          Periodic job removes the obsolete resource and succeeds.
