CLI packet capture doesn't take --filter=

         $ oc netobserv packets --filter=tcp,80

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Actual results:

          msg="[PCA] can't instantiate NetObserv eBPF Agent" error="pca protocol --filter=tcp not supported. Please use tcp or udp"

      Expected results:

      The packet capture command is $ oc netobserv packets tcp,80  i.e. no --filter=
