      Description of problem:

We recently moved the nodes to a diffrent NIC from the one it was original installed with. But the new state is not reflected in the UI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.15.14

      How reproducible:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. The infra need to have a DHCP and have MAC<->IP reservation, and lease only to know clients
Assume nodeA have 2 nics with MAC address XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX and YY:YY:YY:YY:YY:YY
and in the DHCP we have fixed reservation for XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX to IP 1.2.3.4
      2. Install the cluster normally
      3. Change the IP reservation so that IP 1.2.3.4 will be reserved for MAC YY:YY:YY:YY:YY:YY
      4. Restart the node
      5. The node should come back online, with the same IP but on diffrent interface.
      6. Check the UI, and you will see the IP still show under the old interface name.

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

Have the info reflected in the UI

In the screenshot you can see the IP still show under eno3, even after the IP was moved to eno1
