Description of problem:
1. The first issue
The part registry-removed_configuring-registry-operator
After installation, you must edit the Image Registry Operator configuration to switch the managementState from Removed to Managed.
Better to add statements, also need configure storage.

Additional info:
For first issue, if we don't add storage for image registry,just change the managementState from Removed to Managed, Image registry Operator will report errors.
