      Description of problem:

      Currently openshift/coredns-ocp-dnsnameresolver is not configured for automated branching. The promotion stanza is needed to be added to the CI config as per https://docs.ci.openshift.org/docs/architecture/branching/#how-do-i-opt-my-repository-into-automated-branching
For 4.16, CI config is needed to be added separately (https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/CBN38N3MW/p1718295522643459?thread_ts=1718290659.722139&cid=CBN38N3MW)
