      1. Log into web console and set language as Spanish or French.
2. Navigate to Observe -> Alerting
3. Click on Alerts, Silences, Create silence, Alerting rules and access possible web elements.
4. Most of the content is in English.

      Most of the content is in English

      Expected results:

      Content should be in set language.
