This was noticed while payload testing https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/28829, namely this invocations:

There seems to be a problem with disruption-poller image, which should be mirrored and yet it's using registry.build05.ci.openshift.org rather than the mirrored one. It looks like a similar problem affects a few other images in that run, but it does not seem to affect regular nightly runs, so for testing you need to use an origin PR, for example.
