      Description of problem:

      In https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/installing/install_config/configuring-firewall.html#configuring-firewall_configuring-firewall 

4. If you use Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to host your cluster, you must grant access to the URLs that offer the cloud provider API and DNS for that cloud:

the S3 addressed listed for AWS in the table:
s3.amazonaws.com
s3.<aws_region>.amazonaws.com
s3.dualstack.<aws_region>.amazonaws.com

We need to add a wildcard * to the above URLs, or else cluster specific S3 bucket address couldn't accessed by the cluster.
