Description of problem:
During CPT runs, when creating the serving pods we have found this error and all the serving pods stucked in ContainerCreating:

After deleting all ovn pods the serving pods successfully transitioned to Running state.

How reproducible:
Create serving pods with the corresponding annotations and served pods. It does not happen on all the runs. Correponding templates in https://github.com/kube-burner/kube-burner-ocp/tree/main/cmd/config/web-burner-init

The must gather was collected when the serving pods were stuck in ContaninerCreating before restarting all ovn pods.
