      Description of problem:

          Contrary to terraform, we do not delete the S3 bucket used for ignition during bootstrapping.

          1. Deploy cluster
          2. Check that openshift-bootstrap-data-$infraID bucket exists and is empty.

      Actual results:

          Empty bucket left.

      Expected results:

          Bucket is deleted.
