Description of problem:

Since OpenShift on OpenStack moved to CAPI, we have to update the apiVersion in Sample YAML for a compute machine set custom resource on RHOSP.

Instead of -

apiVersion: openstackproviderconfig.openshift.io/v1alpha1

Update to -

apiVersion: machine.openshift.io/v1alpha1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.16.0-0.nightly-2024-06-03-060250
