    Description

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-1435. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      Currently if the user needs to install the operator, it can only be done in openshift-operators namespace. The user is not presented with option to create a different namespace.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Install cluster and access it through the web console.
2. Go to operator hub page and search for ingress-node-firewall
3. Attempt to install the operator

      Actual results:

      Project to install is disabled with pre selected namespace openshift-operators.

      Expected results:

      User should be allowed to create a new namespace
