Description of problem:
periodic-ci-shiftstack-shiftstack-ci-main-periodic-4.16-e2e-openstack-nfv-hwoffload sriov-network-operator was not installed after 15 minutes Resolved release latest to registry.ci.openshift.org/ocp/release:4.16.0-0.ci-2024-05-25-045802 4.16 is not a supported version of the sriov-network-operator yet, will deploy it from source74The SR-IOV will be installed from Github using release-4.16 branch.
