I think the art-bot is incorrectly bumping the go verison in o/k: https://github.com/openshift/kubernetes/pull/1977/files#diff-33ef32bf6c23acb95f5902d7097b7a1d5128ca061167ec0716715b0b9eeaa5f6R9 for one I think this bump is incorrect, but also we aren't using golang for the pause image so the bump is not even relevant for it.
