Description of problem:

OCP doc has avery important section where we recommend the customer for a recommended configuration for vDU workload. Below Sections need update and few of them are obsolete

1. Configuring cluster time synchronization MachineConfig has changed. Section: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/edge_computing/ztp-reference-cluster-configuration-for-vdu.html#ztp-sno-du-configuring-time-sync_sno-configure-for-vdu

1. Extended tuned Profile section requires update. What it should follow as reference: https://github.com/openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy/blob/release-4.16/ztp/source-crs/TunedPerformancePatch.yaml

1. Table 4. Tuned CR options for single-node OpenShift clusters -> also needs update and remove below lines

When using the non-realtime kernel, remove the timer_migration override line from the [sysctl] section.
