The content of /etc/nvme/hostnqn different to nvme gen-hostnqn

      Description of problem:

          When running nvme gen-hostnqn, the output is not the same as in /etc/nvme/hostnqn. We expect the nvme gen-hostnqn command to populate the hostnqn file.

      [root@worker-1 ~]# rpm -q nvme-cli nvme-cli-2.2.1-4.el9_2.x86_64

      How reproducible:

          I tried to reproduce on the resourcehub labs, both 4.14 and 4.15. Right now the workaround is similar to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5170251. Manually overwrite /etc/nvme/hostnqn with the output of nvme gen-hostnqn, inside systemd service, deployed via MachineConfig.
