      In {product-title} 4.16, Patternfly 4 and React Router 5 were deprecated. The deprecated static remains the same for {product-title} {product-version}.       Description of problem:

      Since we aim for removing PF4 and ReactRouter5 in 4.18 we need to deprecate these shared modules in 4.16 to give plugin creators time to update their plugins.
