Description
Description of problem:
Due to a packaging issue, the "rerunner" service account wasn't owned by the CO CSV. This would manifest as the service account being removed during the upgrade to 0.1.57.

How reproducible:
unsure but it's been reported by a number of users
Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade from the previous version to 0.1.57 2. the rerunner SA is gone 3. scheduled scans don't work
