[ROSA HCP] "Install" button for "AWS EFS CSI Driver Operator" greyed out and some "Required" input box being the root cause like "role ARN" input box seems not shown

      Description of problem:

      When I try to install the "AWS EFC CSI Driver Operator" for ROSA HCP, the install button is greyed out and is not showing an option to specify the ARN Role like a Classic ROSA Cluster

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          v4.15

      How reproducible:

          1) Login to ROSA HCP 4.15 cluster.
    2) Select "AWS EFC CSI Driver Operator for Red Hat OpenShift" from operator hub.
    3) Use the default version.
    4) Check install button.
    5) You will see the "install" button greyed out.

      Actual results:

          Cannot install the operator.

      Expected results:

          Expected to be able to install the operator.
