When you pass in endpoints in install config:

    serviceEndpoints:
    - name: dnsservices
      url: https://api.dns-svcs.cloud.ibm.com
    - name: cos
      url: https://s3.us-south.cloud-object-storage.appdomain.cloud

You see the following error:
