      image name odf must-gather flavour is incorrect

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.13, 4.14

      How reproducible:

          always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.oc adm must-gather --image registry.redhat.io/odf4/ocs-must-gather-rhel8:v4.14

the must-gather will silently fail to pull the image but and not produce a valid must gather package

      Actual results:

          invalid must gather that doesn't include odf components

      Expected results:

          valid must gather that does include odf components

      Additional info:

      new image name appears to be odf-must-gather-rhel9 starting in 4.13
