      Description of problem:

          The current api version used by the registry operator does not include the recently added "ChunkSizeMiB" feature gate. We need to bump the openshift/api to latest so that this feature gate becomes available for use.

            Bugs should not be moved to Verified without first providing a Release Note Type("Bug Fix" or "No Doc Update") and for type "Bug Fix" the Release Note Text must also be provided. Please populate the necessary fields before moving the Bug to Verified.

            Just did regression test with pr:https://github.com/openshift/cluster-image-registry-operator/pull/1036, no critical issue found.

            rh-ee-xiuwang we only need normal regression tests for this one. IR-471 is the one that will use the feature gate introduced here, so there's nothing specific to test at this point.
