      Description of problem:

         SPR-EE with E810 NIC card Dell and Intel FW 4.40 . Deploy SNO with Midband in boundary clock. The dmesg continuously [  616.382186] ice 0000:ca:00.0: Failed to get DCB config

          4.14.x

      How reproducible:

      reproducible in 4.14.x builds 

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.Deploy SNO SPR-EE with 4.14.x in Midband configuration 
    2. Observed SNO dmesg filled with ice 0000:ca:00.0: Failed to get DCB config      3.
