Bootstrap failing because it lacks proxy configuration in an AI installation from RHACM. Same issue as depicted in: 
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-4997
But this time to solve the issue customer added proxy configuration in "AgentClusterInstall" object.

According to the source:

that makes sense, but checking the documentation it looks like this option is missing from the doc:

I'm looking for further clarification and inclusion in the documentation if needed.

Installation failed if added proxy config to "AgentClusterInstall"

Documentation should include this fields when deploying cluster under proxy setup.
